How much does it cost?

 

The costs for weddings in 2012 are as follows.  These change by a small amount each year, so a wedding in 2013 or 14 is likely to cost £10-20 more.

Weddings in St Giles:

£538 including flowers, organist and all legal fees.

Extras:

Choir £150
Bells £150
Video licence £60.

Weddings in St Mary's, Bersham:

£600 including organist and all legal fees.

Extras include Bells £25 and Flowers from £200

Weddings in other churches:

£438 including organist and all legal fees.

Individual churches will advise on costs of bells etc where these are available.

 

Additional charges may apply if one or both of you live outside the Parish and need your banns read elsewhere (£34 payable to the church calling your banns) or if special circumstances (such as parties not being UK citizens) require a Common or Special License (£100 and £220).  When you book your wedding you will be advised if any of the above apply.
