I/We are not UK citizens, can we still get married?

Yes - provided that one of you lives in the Parish and you meet the other criteria (over 18, not currently married etc.)  However to ensure that your marriage is recognised legally both here and in your country of origin, you will need to apply for a Common Licence.  You can do this by contacting the Parish Office to arrange an appointment with the Rector and by signing a sworn statement with him.  You will need to provide proof of identity and address.  One of you must have been living in the Parish for 15 consecutive days before applying for the Licence.  These licences are an 'Act of Grace' which means that, although they are usually granted, they can be refused and no automatic right of acceptance exists.  Once the licence has been granted you are free to get married in Church for three months thereafter.
