Tom Morris writes: Last October Janet Roe approached me about planting a rose in memory of Gladys Cannon.  I mentioned this to Stephen Grifiths who said he would order some quality plants and plant them in due course.  Janet was told this and the Emmaus group donated money towards the project.   Time passed, as it does, and eventually the planting ceremony was arranged and took place on 27 February.   I should that Sarah was kept informed and that ALL the hard work was carried out by Stephen Griffiths. (The rose bushes are on the right. But just wait until the summer!)
