The annual Summer Fair was held on Saturday, July 10th. The weather was sunny and hot - ideal for such an occasion.


Many people came and the empty 'throne' awaited the crowning of this year's Rose Queen.


There were all kinds of stalls - bric-a-brac


wonderful home-made cakes


hundreds of books

Our MP, Mr Ian Lucas, and his wife, Norah, visited the Fair and even made a much-needed purchase.


Some tried their hand at the pool table


and others at the sticker table

A very enjoyable time was had by everyone.
