By Car: St James’ is approximately half a mile from Wrexham town centre on the west side of the B5425 Rhosddu Road (roughly half-way between the Spar Shop and the Walnut tree pub), opposite Greenfield.
Car parking: the Church and Church Hall does have a small car park, but for most services, visitors use nearby street parking (or, on Sundays, have permission to use the next-door car park on Wrexham Council (Social Services) property)
By Bus: Routes 32 and 33 for Llay pass the front of the church with stops at St James’ Court/Park Street. Route 44 for Barkers Lane also passes through Rhosddu. Wrexham’s main bus station on King Street is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
By Train: Nearest train station is Wrexham General, which is approximately a 10 minute walk By Foot: Wrexham town centre is approximately a 10-15 minute walk away.
By Bike: One of our committee members and one of our visiting clergy regularly arrive by bicycle. Although we do not currently have a bike-rack, any cyclists and their bikes can be easily and securely accommodated.
By Air: Nearest civil airports are in England at Manchester and Liverpool John Lennon. Private airstrips available in Wales at Chirk and Hawarden/Broughton. Nearest port of entry to the UK is Holyhead in Gwynedd..

By visiting us at St James’ in person: Any of our greeters/welcomers will be pleased to talk to you before/during/after one of our services either every Sunday (11:00am) or Tuesday (10:30am every first week of the month).

By post: Any notes/letters may be dropped through the church letter box (vestry door facing the Spar Shop), but the church is only accessed a few times a week, so you may occasionally prefer one of the other quicker methods of contacting us.
